What are your rates?

Fees vary depending upon the form of payment -  Please call for more details.

Do you take insurance?

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee assistance plan. I am currently a perferred provider for Premera, Lifewise, Cigna, Cigna Behavioral, First Choice Health, MHN, Molina, United Behavioral, Wellspring EAP and Regence Blue Cross and Blue Shield. If your insurance company is not listed you can check your out of network provider terms by asking the following questions of your insurance company.

Do I have mental health benefits?
What is my deductible and has it been met?
How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
Is approval required from my primary care physician?

What if I don't have insurance and I can't afford your rates?

I also offer a limited number of sliding scale fee clients.  The sliding scale is based on income and the number of dependents in the household.  My fee can be as low as $50 per 50 minute session.  Please ask to see if I have any available sliding scale positions open and to see if you qualify.

What form of payment do you take?

I accept cash, checks, Visa and Mastercard at the beginning of each session.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the therapy as booked.

How often do you offer parenting classes?

I offer parenting classes to ready formed groups of 8 or more.  Please call to contract a parenting class.  I will customize the content to suit the needs of the group.
